Hello earthlings!
Hey Lovlies!!!
So I really shouldn't be blogging right now I should be doing homework, but I really don't care about hatch and cross hatching lol =] But it is art so I will probably stop abruptly and do it...FYI.
Um Idk I'm tired and I really really really don't wanna go to my English class tonight!!! Blech three hours of my teacher talking about nonesense that probably won't have anything to do with english...no joke blah!!!! =[ But I'm almost done with MJC so that is a plus! =] haha =] but I'll prolly do post grad studies 'cause I like learning about things I don't need to learn about haha. My new kick is Sociology and Human Behavior =] lol. It's really interesting, lol or well the stuff I've found off the interenet about Human Behavior is =] So I had the sudden urge to go to the mall and the library =] both two favorite places lol
So my fav word right now is fantastical! lol I heard it on Criminal Minds last night and I busted up laughing!! haha I was like that's my word!! And then everyone looked at me like I was weird..not saying I'm not but don't judge me! hahaha =]
So texting is fun haha =] No Amanda I know what you're thinking and you're wrong! haha =]
So nothing has really happened lol
We turned the guy that wanted to drum for us down =]]]]]]
The wall is almost completed then we have to do EVERYTHING else! lol. Haha and we still need to find a name again!!! and I've figured out whos doing the album art whether he wants to or not. lol I'll beg! =]
And right when we finish the studio I insist we break it in by recording TONS of covers =] lol for your enjoyment hahaha jk except not really lol ...........ahhhhhhhhhhhh no my battery is dying =[

I have yet to see anything so I'm prolly behind on whats going on but the last time I was updated my father and brother had knocked down a wall to make the studio a bit bigger than the original size of the room and my dad was laying down a 2x4 [I think] to make another new wall where we needed the original wall to be haha =] Exciting right?
Um what else...hmmm If ya like screamo music one of my lovely friends told me about a group call Arsonists Get All The Girls! haha They really good! And their song "Lost My Loss In Ruin" is probably the most random awesome song in the world haha!
And if you don't like screamo check out Gobotron! Haha Awesome name awesome music. The singer is the guitarist from Manchester Orchestra --also a a pretty rad band--
Ooo so I was at Target and I surprisingly saw that Vampire Weekends CD was there! =] It's grand. They do cuss though so thats pretty lame =[ lol can you edited versions???? hahaha =]
I haven't really found anything to promote lately lol...that could be due to the fact of my intensely immense laziness!! I'll probably have something soon though, I always have something =] hehe
Oh, my art homework is done =] i finished it...yesterday?? I believe...yes, yes yesterday! hah!! There's a giant misquito sucking a person dry while another person is jumping into the air with a knife attempting to kill it on one side and on the other a little girl smiling cheerfully on a tire swing connected to a tree and in the middle a dog is driving a car =] lol the car...not so cute but it was the last thing and I was tired haha =] The misquito on the other hand is pretty savage if i do say so myself. Lol None of my family got the giant misquito thing so I told them it was a government science experiment gone terribly wrong! haha =] then they understood...what nubs! lol.
So along with my Star Trek marathon I had a Criminal Minds and What Not To Wear marathon as well =] all I have to say is I feel rather inane and in the words of Bloc Party "Live like the 80's didn't happen" haha please!!
None of this is really that important haha oh well its not like I'm making you read this unwillingly haha. But if someone I know breaks any of the fashion rules known to most of man kind I will have to do something about it haha. That's all just in theory though ;]
So I am stumped and it's late...early lol which ever my brain isn't fully functioning don't blame me it's apart of my Mexican skills! Just like me going deaf is apart of those skills lol. Blech I feel bad I ate chicken today, the first time in oh....a handful of months lol. It upset my stomach but there was nothing else to eat!!!!!!! gah!!!! hahaha =] I really want tea right now huh...I see a starbucks stop in the near future...prolly before church =D hahaha
There is exactly 1 month 2 weeks and 2 days until Tim Burtons "Alice In Wonderland" comes out =] I am so so so so so so excited!!!! It's gunna be epic!!! Johnny Depp is awesome and it's my all time favorite movie in the world 'cause it's just so darn confusing when your young haha =] Love the confusingness. Also Eclipse is coming out in June I believe. SO disappointed in my "big sis" 'cause she has not seen New Moon!!! Gah! lol. Anywho Idk what to do anymore I could ramble on for hours about nothing lol. So now I leave you in utter suspense of the next time I will write about my oh so boring life! lol jk except not ;]

Hey!
So I am back to write more from my boring life!
Haha
Right now I'm watching What Not To Wear =] It's amazing haha. Clinton Kelly is awesome! There's a new one on tonight haha I just got really happy and excited =] lol Xp
So my Art class is gunna have a lot of work in it. Like I don't think it'll take that long to do it...but I'm always wrong about that kinda thing so it probably will. Lol. Um right no it's not to bad 'cause I've only gotten hw in that class. Lol. Well kinda, I had to read some stuff in my Neuro Science class but that took like ten mins not even haha. =] It was really cool. I have a feeling I'm gunna like all my classes...even my english class, well maybe that class Idk yet. I didn't get any hw in that class yet but the readings gunna be interesting. It's called Fast Food Nation. lol. so yeah I might enjoy it. Haha
Ah! Nothings really happened that to terribly exciting haha.
Um...Oh. The studio is coming along pretty well. Um were working on building the board as of right now. So that's really all that's been going on....BUT there is a three day weekend (yay) lol so hopefully we'll get quite a bit out of the way! And then me and Ethan will definitely be doing cover songs and puttin' up on the good ole youtube. =] I'm excited! For the covers not necessarily the rest of this nonesense that's been going on lately.
SUPER BUMED..I am not going to Winter Camp...=[...
My grandma went into the hospital last week I wanna say...she is home now...but the day she got out which was Sunday my mom took the car and I didn't wanna say anything so I just didn't ask again! I had only asked once and that was the week before the last week to sign up and she kinda got upset cause I told her I only had one week left to get an answer. So I just threw away the little piece of paper with the details. so yeah that's what happened.
Um It was my last Detour this year =[ I made some amazing friends! And learned so much! The point of saying that would be to say I am missing out on my last Winter Camp! Which is really sad...lol
I just had the sudden urge to watch Criminal Minds...but Morgans here and wants to watch Say Yes To The Dress which I like just not as much as Criminal Minds. Haha.
I have officially decided Nerds are cute...haha Well most of them...some of them hahaha =] It's cute how they're so socially awkward haha. It makes me feel normal =] 'Cause we all know I'm not haha
Um me and Ethan have decided to change the band name yet again. Lol but we haven't found anything we like as of yet. So that's the big same update we've had sense the beginning of the band thing. Haha
Oooo I just got a laptop which I am on right now as I type haha. I love it! I just got it like two days ago I wanna say...yeah yeah two lol. =] It's red or as my mom says manly red hahaha. Its not like bright cherry red and it has like a pattern on it which you can't see from a far distants. Lol.
Well back to my art hw cuase if i get it done today I will be FREE until Tueday cause my Monday class wont meet cause of Martin Luther King Jr. day =] lol So I am happy about that...like extatic actually haha. People's birthdays that become national holidays are rad =] haha
And just as I expected this post wasn't very grand =] but oh well read it or not...I probably shoulda said it at the top FORWARD SLASH beginning so you would be forewarned lol but oh well you'll survive!

It's been quite a while since I have enlightened you with updates on my oh so boring life, haha
Um not too much has happened actually lol
I started school on Monday, so far I like the two classes that have come to pass. Lol
I have yet to have my English class, it is not until tomorrow night.
Haha, I have art in the mornings two days a week, I don't know how I'm going to survive haha
My new fav show is Criminal Minds I love it =]
It makes me feel kinda dumb though haha. All the characters are super smart and profiling is epic haha.
Um so I've decided I want to learn basically everything...haha seriously EVERYTHING lol

Idk I have a lot to say but my fingers just aren't up for the challenge right now haha =]

So this week was CRAZY epic lol. Detour was amazing and today is New Years Eve! woot woot!
Um I officially suck at Knock out...no gunna lie!!

The nursing homes were so much fun I love old people! They're so...colorful...Hahaha!
The food wasn't terrible this year haha! The water was though! Haha I'm so picky!

So this week was CRAZY epic lol. Detour was amazing and today is New Years Eve! woot woot!

The nursing homes were so much fun I love old people! They're so...colorful...Hahaha!
The food wasn't terrible this year haha! The water was though! Haha I'm so picky!

Ello!
So I have some news haha...title kinda gives it away right??? haha
Ok so we have decided too change the name of the band...again....haha. Um idk if we'll ever find a name we love but I hope we do soon! haha
Um also Detour starts tomorrow and I'm super excited it will be rad! haha =]
Um does anyone know when drop off time is??? lol
My bro and I will definitely try to get up that cover to youtube as soon as I get back from Detour!
We've been tryin to do it all week but there's so much to do around the house it's crazy!!! haha

Okay so Thursday....wait....yeah Thursday haha I went to CCOakdales Christmas Eve service...It was really good btw...but thats not the point of this story! haha Okay so I went and some of my fams friends go to that church...they live like 5 mins away from us haha...anywho....their son Matt has been away and I hadn't seen him in years! I didn't expect him to be there....but he was! haha It was grand...he's like exactly the same...just older....hahaha! It was fun =] Idk how long I've known him haha way too long! lol.
Um I am going to CCOakdale on Sunday...Ethans leading worship there and I wanted to hear Jeff's teaching! So I will not be there till Detour drop of....UMMM DOES ANYONE KNOW WHEN THAT IS???????????? Ithink it's 2??? maybe idk hahaha HELP!!!
Hope everyone had a rad Christmas! I prolly won't blog till I come back on thursday haha.
Pray for Detour and everyone that's going!
I must finish packing and get ready for tomorrow haha aka showah! lol

New
Hey lovelies!
So I just got home from my first final...speech...it was easy and Hilarious haha with a capitol H!
I have one more to go. It's on the 'morrow and it's in english class...in -class 500 words hopefully it's gunna be easy!
Tomorrow is the churches Christmas party!! super bumbed i wasn't able to help decorate today =[ But I can't wait for tomorrow!!! It's gunna be epic!!!
-Um soon to be...hopefully...are some covers out on youtube. I talked Ethan into doing some so hopefully we'll start on them as soon as school is out!
-We already have some covers out! go to youtube search R1ng077! they're not the greatest but yeah. haha. Cassie by Flyleaf is the best quality one I would say! haha.
-I'll post a blog on here, Myspace, Facebook, and Twitter it when they are up.

Update
Ello Lovelies!
So I just wanted to update you guys on whats going on...there's not much though. lol
-Um I only have one week of school left
.I have a test and a group speech, and an in class essay for English.
.So I'm kinda stressed.
-Um I have discovered my favorite movie is Alice in Wonderland. haha
.I can't wait til the Tim Burton version comes out. It's gunna amazing seriously.
.Anything Tim Burton does is awesome! Like A Nightmare Before Christmas and the original Batman with the Joker. Aka Batman Forever! and Edward Scissorhands. Those are probably as of right now my favorites by him haha.
.I haven't seen 9 but I'm dying for it too come out!
.I also like James and the Giant Peach, his version of Charlie and the Chocolate Factory, Big Fish was pretty okay, Sleepy Hollow is also one of my favorites by him!
-But anyways back on track haha
.Hmm I've decided that I want to learn pretty much everything. haha
.Specifically, hair, make up, fashion and fashion design, interior desing, and editoral stuff. lol
.I turned my 6 page research paper in today. I'm hoping i get a good grade cause its gunna be lame if i don't haha.
Umm
-Tivo is my friend. hahaha. We just got Dish at our house and its bomb
-Superhero movie and The Rocker are hilarious.
-Center Stage is my second Favorite movie lol.
-I want to buy it.
-I need to start Christmas shopping, I have a lot of people to buy for
-I'll prob end up giving Brits B-day and X-mas present to her at once. Unless I don't forget it on Sunday. haha
-Um Darylyn is one of my favorite person to talk to right now. haha 6 years.
-I discovered that talking to people in class is awkward. haha
.Just because I'm awkward.
-Fashion is fun. I want new clothes. lol
-Um I'm gunna start running again...if myy ankle lets me haha
-Baked Hot Cheetos are bomb.
-I like winter time. But perfer Fall haha.
-Fall should be 10 months out of the year, winter should be 1 month, and spring should be 1 month and summer should go somewhere.
-Um i think im running out of things to say.
-I want to start dancing again...but maybe not ballet...tights and leotards kinda make me wanna puke.
-haha
Um well thats all for now.
.Im off to watch Alice. Which i Tivo-ed and its a "mini series" of Alice in wonderland it was on the syfy channel. hehe. gotta love it

HEEYYYA!
Hey guys!!!
Hope you all had a wonderful/amazing Thanksgiving =] lots of food an family...and football hahaha. I just wanted to write cause i'm a little bored right now haha. and like i just looked at some pics and they made me really happy hahaha. =] =] =]
My Thanksgiving was interesting haha. Like 4 hour late turkey at my cousins house hahaha. good thing i don't eat turkey hahaha. =] or eat over there usually cause i'm usually not hungry haha. usually.
My semester is almost over! so excited!! like 2 1/2 weeks left or something like that haha. i'm so glad english 101 is almost over!!! haha i don't like english class haha writing is cool but i've never been i huge fan of the actual class hahaha. =]
I'm gunna miss my speech class tho! haha the people in that class are hilarious haha. plus its like the first class i ever really talked in haha. yeah i know me not talk...big surprise hahaha. =]
AH! i want new music but i don't have money =[ and i need money for christmas presents haha. but idk how im gunna get it =] i need to start cleaning again but its rather difficult cause of the last weeks of class coming up. =[ but all i know is i need money hahaha. life is rather boring without having some kind of means to live off of haha.
Well i think thats all for now. i might as well give the internet to Ethan...who is alseep right now...hahaha. Off to wake him up =]

New Moon!
Hey Lovelies!
So I went and saw New Moon, which is part of the twilight saga, opening day! And let me just say...IT WAS AMAZING! lol.
This movie is one of the few movies, i think, that has given any book a movie has been made from justice.
It is done super well and very tasteful, considering there is a love triangle haha
-It was one of the top three selling movies, from a Friday-Sunday, next to Batman: The Dark Night and Spider-Man 3.
-It even out sold Batman's midnight showing.
This movie is great for any age or gender.
-It is not too teen romance to be annoying for the older generation or guys and it is perfectly clean and the romance is done tastefully for the younger generation
-The books were written by Stephenie Meyers, who is Mormon, which is probably why the books and movies are so clean.
The fact that they are clean just makes them more enjoyable to an audience in my opinion
-If you haven't read the books I urge you to go read them they are one of my favorite books, they are well written, and they are SO good!
So if you like romance, werewolves, vampires, or shirtless guys you will like this movie haha
Lets just say I was distracted half the time by Taylor Lautners (who plays Jacob Black) shirtlessness haha.
The next movie from this series which is called Eclipse, which is personally my favorite book, comes out in June!!

YAAY!!! woodie award news!
Hey Ya'll
Exciting news!!!!
NeverShoutNever won mtvU's Breaking Woodie award yesterday!! He was running against Passion Pit, Grizzly Bears, Friendly Fires, Wale, and La Roux. So excited! He really deserved this award lol And it was mentioned that NSN was best dressed of the night as he sported his minnie mouse sweatshirt haha ;p
In other categories
Jamie Tworkowski: Head of To Write Love On Her Arms won the Good Woodie. I was so pleased that he won this, TWLOHA is one of my favourite organizations. They have helped so many people!
Also Kings of Leon won the Woodie of the Year! Although I was rooting for Silversun Pickups I was glad they one this. If Silversun Pickups didn't win I wanted Kings of Leon to win! So I was in a win-win situation haha. Both bands are really awesome. Though Silversun is definitely more my style and what I listen to, lol, Kings of Leon is also one of the most played artists on my itunes haha.
Green Day won the Performing Woodie. I was rooting for Phoenix, lol again more my style of music. haha Green Day is a great band and I do listen to a little bit of them. I also wasn't surprised or disappointed that Green Day won! lol

BAND UPDATE
Hey Lovelie(s) haha
Okay so here is the update
We have a name =] just made a Myspace for us haha
Nothing will be on there for a lil while because one i have a lot of hw and can't spend a lot of time on making it special or whatever haha but i did a lil two i don't know if im going to put old videos on there yet...the first band vids....i don't think they're very good haha we are tons better now lol and three we haven't gone into studio yet so i have no songs to put up there lol
on the other hand we are looking for a bass player, drummer, and another guitarist so i don't have to do that anymore. hahah i like my singing and synth and that's it although i probably will still play guitar every once in a while i do not enjoy it as much as Ethan does haha.
We had a very long discussion on who's doing what today. It was rather productive I was proud of us hahaha.
Ooooo Thanksgiving is so close!!! lol We will have a practice with our producer Thanksgiving weekend idk for how long or anything but it will be the first of a couple ahhhh! We are now officially in Pre-Production mode lol cause apparently we were in Pre-Pre-Production lol which is okay with me cause that means more practice time less studio wasted time =]
I'm kinda nervous to go into studio though!!! never done it before!!!

We are now officially in Pre-Production mode lol cause apparently we were in Pre-Pre-Production lol which is okay with me cause that means more practice time less studio wasted time =]

Real Life Blog
Hey ya'll update! haha
Okay well our bassist backed out on us for our demo.
Something about not enough time. I think it's cause he has a GF now and he wants to spend as much time as possible with her and now apperantly he wants to be a physician...so he's out
Luckily me and my brother have enough musical talent to be a two man band haha
Super bummed i missed Insomnia, AND it turns out that the guy i sort like went and even hung out with my BBFF=sister. So I'm even more mad...like you don't even know haha. and after five years of liking one guy...and it not working out...so there's a huge chance i'll like this guy for a while haha.
OMG so it's official I want an english and french bulldog they are so adorable!!!!!!!! they're all fat and shquishy and small and shawnay!!!!!!!!!! haha. and i want one haha. but they're thousands of dollars and i don't have a dollar to my name haha.
Gah i can't believe the years almost over haha. its gone by so fast. and i hope i can go to detour im praying so hard haha.
Church service was amazing as usual Davids teachings are so good! Kind of intense but it was good to hear a teaching on idolatry but not just on other gods, but even on things like relationships and a bf or gf. overall amazing teaching.

Non-Profit
Hey guys just wanted to tell you about some really great non-profit organizations that really help the youth of today, in the U.S. and other countries
The first one I would like to discus is To Write Love On Her Arms (TWLOHA):
-This is one of the more well known orgs, even if a person doesn't know exactly what they do they have most likely seen the TWLOHA t-shirts.
-Founded by Jamie Tworkowski
-What they're about:
To Write Love On Her Arms is a movement dedicated to presenting hope and finding help for those struggling with depression, addiction, self-injury and suicide. TWLOHA exists to encourage, inform, inspire, and also to invest directly into treatment and recovery.
-TWLOHA started in Spring of 2006
-They wanted to get the story out of a girl who had a past of great pain and who was suffering from deep depression, drug use, and self-inflicted injury.
They're Vision:
-The visions IS hope, and hope IS real, that people will put down guns and razor blades and bottles.
Jamie Tworkowski and his organization is inspiring.
-He is up for a mtvU Woodie award, so go MTV.com/ontv/woodieawards/2009/good-woodie and vote.

-They make documentaries about war-affected children in east Africa show them around the world.
-It started in the Spring of 2003, when three young filmmakers traveled to Africa.
-What started out as a film making adventure transformed into much more these 3 boys from Southern California discovered a tragedy that disgusted and inspired them, a tragedy where children are both the weapons and the victims.
After returning to the States, they created the documentary "Invisible Children: Rough Cut," a film that exposes the tragic realities of northern Uganda's night commuters and child soldiers.
-The film was originally shown to friends and family, but has now been seen by millions of people.
-Go to invisiblechildren.com to get merch, donate, and see how you can make a difference.
-Also go on their myspace to view blogs, music events, and bands who support this cause including; Fall Out Boy, Thrice, and The Rocket Summer
"My Heart Beats For You"
The third: I would like to tell you about is called Falling Whistles: Sean D. Carasso
-Falling Whistles gives a small window into our world’s largest war. Originally just a journal written about boys sent to the front lines of war armed with only a whistle
-It is a campaign for peace in Congo.

-Read the journal is about their efforts and finding 5 young boys who escaped a rebel camp
-Also support this cause. It's as simple as buying a whistle.
And last, but certainly not least, and probably most well known organization i would like to talk about is called TOMS:
-TOMS Shoes was founded on a simple premise: With every pair you purchase, TOMS will give a pair of new shoes to a child in need.
-It was founded by Blake Mycoskie in 2006 after befriending children in Argentina when he was traveling.
-TOMS has given over hundreds of thousands of pairs of shoes to children in need.
-This company has also been seen in an ad for AT&T's cell phone service

Real Life--Band Stuff
Hey Ya'll
Just wanted to update again.
-Still have tons of hw and more on the way...yay for college haha
-The band is going through some name changes
-Recording is gunna be awesome, doing some pre-pro pretty soon here!!!
-Thanksgiving is coming up
-Axe commercials are kinda scary haha
-Go on YouTube.com look up R1ng077 (r-one-n-g-zero-seven-seven) haha
-Check out us out. We do have a new drummer and have an actual bass player now
-Again going through a name change! Myspace and Blog will be coming soon for the band
(once the name gets settled)

Ello Lovelies!
So I just wanted to tell you guys about another amazing band named Mute Math
I just saw them in concert not to long ago!
-The are on a head-lining rour with a band called As Tall As Lions...also an amazing band check em out =]...well MM is on a tour right now for their new CD Armistice.
-This is their second CD
-A song from their first CD was actually used for a "transitioner" for channel 59 or the other CW31 TV station
-And the song Spotlight from their new CD was featured on the movie Twilight
I saw them at the Fillmore in San Francisco, reasonably priced tickets as well.
-They use a lo of electronic stuff, although they are not techno!
-The main instruments are the reg, guitar, bass, drums. But they also play the stand up bass, the keytar, xylophone, and some kind of electronic guitar they made for some of the background sounds.
The show was great, the band is very energetic
-Lead singer, Paul Meany, rarely stops stops moving throughout the show.
They don't do a lot of talking with the audience but they do about 17 songs
If you're looking for a great show with excellent showmanship and great musicians this band is definitely a band you need to see live.
-They don't cuzz in any of their songs either
-If you've seen Twilight and have the soundtrack and love the song Spotlight, you'll love the res of their soongs.

Update on life!
Ello Lovelies, I know I just posted a blog but this is different haha
I am so proud of my big sis Amanda for getting her license today!!!! yay 18 and mobile...finally! hahaha
ahhh i do have a 500 word essay and a six page first draft due in a couple weeks so pray that i get it done and not stress out over it
The bands recording date was moved to the first week of january im so sad that im going to miss Detour this year gahh =[ but pray that we will be ready and in studio will go well no fighting or anything hahaha.
im watching say yes to the dress love this show! haha
umm soon to be blogs on orgs that help people! lol vague i know =]
Check out Cobra Starships song "Good Girls Go Bad" ft. Leighton Meester from Gossip Girl, who just came out with her own cd. Its like my fav song right now.
Pray for Alyssa and her family, her mom is in the hospital. this has been going on for a couple days now. and pray that she wont kill her brothers cause i know i would haha. josh is my favourite =]
